I'm not visiting during the day because it seemed to set off the separation cycle. He is eating baby food fine and nursing when I drop off and pick up. So, maybe there will be more wonderful days ahead!

A WONDERFUL DAY!
Gael's daily preschool report described today as a wonderful day! Progress is being made as he looks around at the toys and the other kids instead of lunging for me while depratley mumbling mom, mama. See photo below of Gael and one of his teachers.
I'm not visiting during the day because it seemed to set off the separation cycle. He is eating baby food fine and nursing when I drop off and pick up. So, maybe there will be more wonderful days ahead!

Glad to hear there are improvements! I always felt bad when I heard that Eli was calling my name or looking for me when I was gone...he doesn't do that much anymore, though, so it gets better!
